This Policy outlines the terms and conditions for returns, refunds, and performance guarantees to ensure a fair and transparent experience for our customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>1. General Return Conditions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We take pride in the quality of our driver seats. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return under the following conditions:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The return request is made within <strong>7 days<\/strong> of delivery.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The product is in its <strong>original, &#8220;as-new&#8221; condition<\/strong> (no installation marks, bolt damage to rails, or soiled upholstery).<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The product is in its original packaging with proof of purchase.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>2. Warranty Period<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>All our driver seats, including the M80-P and M80-S series, are covered by a <strong>6-month limited warranty<\/strong> from the date of purchase.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Coverage:<\/strong> This warranty covers manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship, including the mechanical suspension systems and frame integrity.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Exclusions:<\/strong> The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, damage caused by improper installation, misuse in applications for which the seat was not designed, or unauthorised modifications.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>3. Custom and Specialised Orders<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Please note that seats customised with specific trim options (such as specific imported cloth, vinyl, or canvas) are <strong>non-returnable<\/strong> unless they are found to have a manufacturing defect covered under the 6-month warranty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>4. Defective or Damaged Items<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In accordance with the South African Consumer Protection Act (CPA):<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>If a product is defective within the <strong>6-month warranty period<\/strong>, please notify us at <strong>info@vendtech.co.za<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Upon verification of the defect, we will provide a repair, replacement, or refund.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Vendtech will cover the courier costs for the return and re-delivery of confirmed defective items.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>5. Shipping and Handling<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Change of Mind:<\/strong> For standard (non-custom) returns, the customer is responsible for the cost of shipping the item back to our facility. Shipping costs are non-refundable.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>No Restocking Fees:<\/strong> Vendtech does not charge a restocking fee for returns, provided the items are returned in the required &#8220;as-new&#8221; condition.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>6. Refund Process<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed via your original payment method or EFT.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>7.
